Privacy Policy

The site is plain, static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ad scripts, and has no forms. Nothing about your visit is collected.
The tools run on Apify. Your Apify account, payment details, run history, and the inputs you send are held by Apify under Apify's privacy policy. Perch Permits can see aggregate usage of its tools (run counts, revenue) and, for support, the inputs of runs you choose to report through the Issues tab. Perch Permits does not store your inputs or outputs otherwise, does not receive your payment details, and sells nothing about you to anyone.
The permits tool returns information about building permits: addresses, work descriptions, valuations, applicant and licensed-contractor names and license numbers, and property-owner names as listed on the case. All of it comes from government public records that Metro Nashville has already published, and every record carries its source identifiers. Perch Permits adds organization, not surveillance: it collects nothing about these people beyond what the public record states, and it caches ePermits responses for at most 90 days to avoid re-querying Metro's servers.
If this policy materially changes, the effective date above changes with it.
